If the dryer drum is not turning:

Make sure the door is closed completely.

Make sure Rack Dry (on selected models) is not selected.

Verify that the drum is not overfilled with items. A load of heavy, wet clothes, such as towels or blue jeans, may cause the drive belt to slip. Remove some of the clothing and try again.

Make sure the drum does not turn freely (turns counter-clockwise during operation). If it does, the belt may be broken or loose and service will be required.
