If your freezer is not working at all:
- Verify the freezer is plugged into a working outlet.
- Check if there is power to the wall outlet.
- Make sure the unit is turned on and that the thermostat control is set to a cold temperature setting.
- The compressor may have cycled off. Wait for 30-40 minutes to see whether freezer will start.
