New for 2020, we’re offering several models that include built-in WiFi control. Other models still allow you to control your wall mount ductless air conditioner from your smartphone or mobile device with our easy-to-install USB WiFi Adapter (sold separately). It simply plugs in to link up with our free SmartHQ™* app so you can control your unit whenever and from wherever you want. Want voice control? We’ve got that too thanks to compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

With the SmartHQ™ App, you’ll be able to:

  • Monitor status and turn unit on or off from anywhere
  • Adjust temperature, mode, and fan speeds
  • Set a weekly cooling and heating schedule
  • Get timely notifications related to normal user maintenance
  • Pair with Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant for voice control

How It Works

For models with built-in WiFi, you’ll just need to download the SmartHQ app. For other models, you’ll need to install your USB WiFi Adapter (sold separately). In just a few steps, you’ll be ready to control your ductless system from your iPhone or Android device.

*We’ve replaced the Haier Home App with the SmartHQ app, which has virtually the same look and functionality. Current Haier Home App users can sign into the SmartHQ app with their same username and password. New users should download the SmartHQ app and register for a new account.
