When you purchase directly from Haier Appliances, we deliver and install all appliances in your order for one low price.
What's Included
Delivery
Our trained, authorized delivery agents deliver, uncrate, and inspect all appliances in your order. And we’ll remove any packing materials from your home.
Installation
Your appliances will be set in place, leveled, and connected to an existing proper power source. And we'll test and make sure they're ready for use.
Haul Away
Replacing an existing appliance? No problem. We'll move them to a different location in your home or haul-away for recycling at no additional cost to you.
NOTE: Delivery agents are not authorized to perform carpentry, plumbing or electrical work. Appliance hook up services and cost may vary by state or local area. For more detail, read our FAQ on everything our installation includes.

Preparing for your Delivery
✔ Verify you have the proper electrical outlets, gas shut off valves, water supply and shut off valves, or venting sources needed for installation. View appliance requirements
✔ Clear pathways and measure intended installation area to confirm appliance will fit.
✔ Empty existing appliances if you're having them relocated or hauled away.
✔ Coordinate any special access needed for delivery agents ahead of time - gate access, parking passes, etc.
✔ Secure all pets behind closed doors prior to the delivery agent’s arrival.
✔ Make sure someone 18 or older will be present at the appointment time.

Refrigerator
Requirements:

110/120V grounded 3 prong electrical outlet must be within reach of the power cord.Your existing water lines will not be reused.

A new waterline connection kit will be added to your order at no additional cost.

For icemaker or ice and water dispenser connections, a working shut off valve must be located within 6 ft. of the refrigerator location and on the same floor.

Proper air clearance is required per brand specifications. To determine the clearance you'll need, review the product specs & details or owner's manual on the product page.

If a shut off valve, accessible drain, or proper space is not available, your installation may not be completed.

If the installation instructions for the refrigerator requires an anti-tip bracket, the delivery agents are required to install it.

Electric Range
Requirements:

- Your existing connection parts will not be reused. A new electric cord will be added to your order at no additional cost.
- 240 Volt electrical service is required to power units. Delivery agents cannot direct wire electric ranges. The outlet must be available at time of delivery and within 4ft of the appliance. Approved outlets shown below:
- If the installation instructions for the range requires an anti-tip bracket, the delivery agents are required to install it.
- Your existing connection parts will not be reused. A new electric cord will be added to your order at no additional cost.
Gas Range
Requirements:

Your existing connection parts will not be reused. A new gas flex connection kit will be added to your order at no additional cost.

A natural gas supply line (no L.P. hookups) with a functioning shut off valve must be located directly behind the appliance.

Electric Wall Oven
Requirements:

The installation requires that the appliance be hard-wired (direct-wired) into an approved junction box. A plug and receptacle is NOT permitted on these products.

A 240V outlet must be supplied and contain the following: proper voltage, frequency, connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, and protected by a circuit breaker or fuse.

Over the Range Microwave
Requirements:

110/120V grounded 3 prong electrical outlet must be within reach of the power cord. Hardwiring will not be done.

The bottom edge of the cabinet must be at least 30" from the cooking surface.

Delivery agents will not drill through tile/granite/solid surfaces.

Dishwasher
Requirements:

Your existing connection parts will not be reused. A new dishwasher connection kit will be added to your order at no additional cost.

A water supply line with a shut off valve must be located under the sink or behind the dishwasher. Note: the shut-off valve must be corrosion free and in good working condition.

An electrical outlet must be within 4ft of install location on the same side of the wall and on the same floor.

The cutout opening dimensions must be cut to brand specifications. To determine the cutout opening dimensions you'll need,review the product specs & details or owner's manual on the product page.

If the shut off, accessible drain, or proper space is not available, your installation may not be completed.

Washer

Your existing hoses will not be reused. A new set of supply hoses will be added to your order at no additional cost.

Water valves (hot & cold hookups) must be within 4 ft. of installation location and on the same floor. Note: the shut-off valve must be corrosion free and in good working condition. Test to ensure your valves can be shut off.

If proper shut off, accessible drain, or proper space is not available, your installation may not be complete.

Existing appliance must be empty with no standing water prior to delivery.

Select washers and dryers can be stacked as part of the installation. A stacking kit must be purchased separately. The applicable kit is listed under the related parts and accessories on the product page.

Dryer

Your existing connection parts will not be reused. A new electric cord and dryer duct will be added to your order at no additional cost.

Semi rigid dryer duct is required to be connected to rigid external ducting.
