Plant-Based Meat Tacos

Simple tacos made with pantry ingredients and plant-based meat.

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 pound plant-based meat

  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes

  • ½ tablespoon oil

  • ½ cup onion diced

  • 8 Corn Tortillas

Shredded cheese, pickled red onions, limes and avocado for garnish


Add oil to a pan set over medium heat on your Haier Range. When oil is shimmering, add plant-based meat and cook until brown and crispy, 5-8 minutes. Move the meat to the side of the pan. Add onion and cook until translucent.

Turn the heat to low and add the seasonings and tomatoes. Stir everything together and cook until the mixture is saucy.

Remove pan from heat and toast your tortillas on a dry pan or over the gas burner.

Fill your toasted tortillas with the plant-based meat taco filling and garnish with toppings of your choice.
