The washer’s water level is determined by the Load Size option. The electronic control is programmed with default Load Size selections. If a user selects a Load Size and then rotates the knob to change the cycle, the Load Size setting will be automatically changed to the default for the new cycle. The Load Size needs be modified after selecting a wash cycle to ensure the desired setting is maintained. If a different water level is required it MUST be selected by the customer prior to starting the cycle.
