Haier - Portable Washer Not Draining Properly

If the portable washer will not drain or is not draining all the way:
 

Drain Hose

 

• Check the position of the drain hose. In order to drain properly, the top of drain outlet must be at least 39” (99 cm) above the floor.

• Do not push the drain hose too far into the drain. If the corrugated (rough) part of the drain is in the drain, it is pushed into far.

• Ensure the location where is it draining into is clear.

Leveling

 

• Make sure the washer is leveled properly.

 

Note: In a new washer, it is normal to see a small amount of water in the tub. Washers are tested at the factory.
