The freezing cold room would keep the freezer food frozen but since the compressor is always off, the circulation fans never come on, and the refrigerator section would not receive any cooling.
Haier refrigerators are designed to operate in environments from 55 to 80 degrees F. Operating the product in an environment outside that range will cause improper operation and excessive energy usage.
