Error and fault codes help a technician diagnose issues with the wine cellar. If the wine cellar is displaying an error, check the chart below for possible error code resolutions:
| Fault Code | Description/Reason | Solutions |
| LL | LL flashes with buzzing alarm. This means the related compartment temperature is lower than 23F | Stop the wine cooler running until the ambient temperature rises. Don’t use the wine cellar in a lower temperature environment than necessary. |
| HH | HH flashes with buzzing alarm. This means the related compartment temperature is higher than 122F |
Don't use the wine cooler in high environment temperatures. |
| EE or ER | EE or ER is the abbreviation of ERROR, ERROR. There is something wrong with the temperature sensors. | Service will be required |
| F1 or F4 | The compressor has been running for more than 3 hours continuously. | Service will be required |
| F2 | Red indicator is light with buzzing. Single Sensor failure. | Service will be required |
| F3 | Red indicator is light with buzzing. Both Sensors have failed. | Service will be required |
To turn off the alarm buzzing sound that occurs with “LL” or “HH” or “EE” or “F1”, press the “set” or light “ON/OFF” button. This will cancel the alarm, but the error code will be shown until failure is resolved.
