Haier Dryer - Drum Not Turning

If the dryer drum is not turning:

• Make sure the door is closed completely.

• Make sure Rack Dry (on selected models) is not selected.

• Verify that the drum is not overfilled with items.  A load of heavy, wet clothes, such as towels or blue jeans, may cause the drive belt to slip. Remove some of the clothing and try again.

• Make sure the drum does not turn freely (turns counter-clockwise during operation). If it does, the belt may be broken or loose and service will be required.
