Haier - Washer Does Not Fill

If washer is not filling with water:

 

• Verify both water lines are connected and the supply valves are turned on.

• Verify the water inlet filters are clear.

• Verify that flood safe hoses are NOT being used. Flood safe hoses unfortunately restrict the water flow causing the unit to assume the water supply has been turned off.

• Verify the both fill hoses are not kinked or crimped.

Note: On the model HLTW500AXW the washer will perform a load sense test which slowly rotates the drum initially to check the weight of the garments in the drum. This load sense takes approximately 30 seconds. Additionally after the drum has filled part way the unit does another load sense to check the weight in the drum.
