Undercooked, overcooked or unevenly cooked foods are often the result of the following:


  • Food not turned or stirred.
  • Food not defrosted completely
  • Cooking time to long or too short
  • Power level is not suitable
  • Improper cookware or coverings was used.
  • If Sensor Cook or Sensor Reheat was used: opening the door during the Sensing process will cancel the sensor program.
