The safety and the health of our technicians is important. A technician can refuse service on an appliance due to bug / insect, pest, rodent, or other infestations, or for other health or safety related issues in a home.

Repairs to the appliance will only be performed after the underlying condition has been corrected. For in-warranty repairs, this means that proof that the condition has been eliminated (i.e. an extermination receipt) will need to be provided. If the technician determines that the service issues are due to the conditions in the home, the consumer will be liable for any service charges.
